• Single appointment (1.5–3 hours) in your home.

• Full physical examination of your baby, including eyes, heart, hips, and testes (in boys).

• Complete NIPE screening in line with the NIPE Screening Handbook and standards.

• Full postnatal check for both you and your baby during the visit.

Please note: This is a screening test, not a diagnostic test. You must be receiving maternity care elsewhere alongside this appointment. In some cases, I may advise you that a paediatrician should complete the NIPE if your family or medical history makes this the most appropriate option.
